Sabrina Elliott started her birth worker journey as a doula in Abilene 16 years ago. After years of watching women be baited into the idea of having a VBAC only to be told at 37 or 38 weeks that their baby was too big or that they were too much of a risk now for a trial of labor, she decided she had to be part of the solution. Almost 7 years ago, she became a midwife. She’s worked in Abilene, San Angelo and many rural areas as well as in the heart of DFW where she trained. Her empty nest has brought her back to Fort Worth into her own practice, Cowtown Midwifery, where she truly has a heart for those searching for a VBAC!

Pelvic Floor Therapist and Labor Doula

Dr. Jen Holt is a pelvic floor physical therapist, certified birth doula, and holistic hormone coach at Holt Pelvic Health & Wellness. She received her Bachelors in Exercise Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. Through continuing education coursework, she has a specialized certification for Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy and has become certified in hormone coaching to help women balance their hormones naturally. Ultimately, she loves building great relationships with her patients and teaching them about their pelvis and pelvic floor. She loves getting to serve women though infertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery through continuous care. She has a big passion for helping women feel and live better, healthier lives.

IBCLC

As a mother of two, Jessica understands firsthand the plethora of challenges that can accompany infant feeding. After the birth of her first child in 2017, she was surprised by the complexity of lactation and the lack of support many families encounter during this critical stage. These experiences inspired her to pursue the extensive education, clinical training, and certification required to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Jessica holds a bachelor's degree in Biology/Nutrition from Texas Christian University and has many years of additional training in nutrition and dietetics. She is passionate about evidence-based wellness and helping families achieve their feeding goals with confidence. Through compassionate, individualized care that incorporates a village of providers, Jessica strives to educate, empower, and support families as they navigate pregnancy, breastfeeding, pumping, infant feeding and more. Her goal is to provide practical guidance, encouragement, and expert care so that parents can feel confident and enjoy this special season with their growing families. After all, talking about breastfeeding isn't a soapbox—it's The Milk Box!

Heather Martin is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Educator of Infant Massage, and mama of 7 with 20 years of clinical and community lactation experience across North Texas. As owner of Beyond the Breast, she provides individualized, evidence-based care — from antenatal preparation and latch support to pumping protocols and return-to-work planning — collaborating closely with each family's care team. Heather believes every parent deserves support that is both clinically skilled and deeply human, and she meets families exactly where they are.

Dr. Erin O'Daniel, DC, CACCP, Webster Certified is the founder of Flower of Life Chiropractic which is a neurologically-focused family wellness practice with locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and  Brooklyn, NY. With a deep passion for prenatal care and the sacred journey of birth, Dr. Erin helps women understand that their bodies were made for this. Through the lens of nervous system science and the body's own inborn wisdom, she brings a fresh, empowering perspective to one of birth's most courageous conversations, VBAC.
