This is my most comprehensive level of doula care, designed for families who want more than support on the day of birth. We’ll spend time preparing together during pregnancy, building your confidence, exploring your options, and creating a birth plan that reflects what matters most to you.
When labor begins, I’ll be there to provide experienced, continuous support as you navigate your birth. And after your baby arrives, our relationship doesn’t simply end—I’ll continue walking alongside you through the first 12 weeks postpartum.

This package is designed for families who want to build a relationship with their doula before labor begins. Through two in-depth prenatal visits, we’ll spend time preparing for your birth, discussing your preferences, practicing comfort measures, and making sure you feel informed and confident about the choices ahead.
When labor begins, I’ll be there to provide continuous, experienced support—and after your baby arrives, I’ll continue to be available as you settle into those first weeks postpartum.

The Ruby Package provides the core elements of comprehensive doula care without all of the additional education and resources included in my higher-level packages.
We’ll meet privately during pregnancy to prepare for your upcoming birth, talk through your preferences and concerns, and discuss ways I can best support you during labor. When birth day arrives, you’ll have continuous, experienced support by your side—and our care will continue into your first weeks postpartum.

For the mother who feels confident preparing for birth independently but wants experienced, continuous support when labor begins.

The Emerald Package focuses on what matters most on birth day: having an experienced doula by your side throughout labor.
This package is ideal for families who may not need private prenatal visits or extensive birth preparation but still want access to support throughout pregnancy, helpful resources for preparing on their own, and continuous doula care when it's time to meet their baby.

But when labor begins, you still want someone experienced in the room.
The Emerald Package gives you continuous doula support for your labor and birth while allowing you to handle most of your prenatal preparation independently.
You still have access to me throughout pregnancy, resources to help you prepare, and continued support during those first weeks with your baby.

In Labor Support

Are you currently in labor and needing doula support? As long as you are currently in labor this is the package for you! I will come support you at home, at a birth center, or at a hospital. I will transfer with you from one location to another if needed. I am skilled in verbally breaking down the steps of what may happen next in small pieces so you are not overwhelmed as well helping you process what your medical team is telling you and asking for your input on. I am also skilled in body and muscle balancing techniques to help labor progress smoothly, and labor support measures like hip squeezes as well.
Placenta Encapsulation Add-On

This add-on comes with placenta pills, a placenta tincture, and a placenta print. Full concierge service for pick up and drop off so that you do not have to worry about driving anywhere after you delivered your sweet bundle!

This comes with placenta pills, a placenta tincture, and a placenta print. I use 100% cotton paper for the placenta print, you choose between a blood print or a print that uses natural dye free tint, and I save your cord for you as a cord keepsake. Full concierge service for pick up and drop off so that you do not have to worry about driving anywhere after you delivered your sweet bundle!
Why Diamond Package?
Why Diamond Package?
This package provides support through pregnancy, labor, and up to six weeks postpartum. You’ll have access to my 20+ years of natural health and herbal research, along with resources for milestone appointments, postpartum planning, and pregnancy tips.
We’ll meet for 1–2 prenatal visits to answer questions, explore labor positions, review coping strategies, and create a birth plan. I’ll also share nutrition guidance for early labor. When labor begins, I’ll join you when you’re ready, support you through transitions, and remain up to 2–3 hours after birth to ensure you’re comfortable and confident.
Postpartum, we’ll meet to reflect on your birth experience, and you’ll receive a gift with an herbal bath and tea to support your recovery.
Emerald Package
Who is it for?
This package is perfect if you trust your provider and feel confident advocating for yourself. We’ll have a brief birth plan meeting and stay in touch leading up to labor. When the time comes, I’ll join you when you’re ready, support you through labor and transfers if needed, and help you navigate decisions along the way. I’ll remain up to 2–3 hours after birth to ensure you’re comfortable, confident, and ready to rest.
