And admission is completely FREE.
The purpose of The VBAC Expo isn't to tell you exactly what your next birth should look like. It's to help you discover your options, learn from experienced professionals, ask questions, and meet the people who could become part of your birth team.
Because one of the most important things you can do when preparing for a VBAC is build a team that understands and supports your goals.

Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to hear from professionals who work with families during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and beyond.
Sabrina Elliott — Midwife
Sabrina Elliott began her birth-work journey as a doula 16 years ago. After watching women plan for VBACs only to encounter new restrictions late in pregnancy, she decided she wanted to become part of the solution.
Nearly seven years ago, she became a midwife. After serving families in Abilene, San Angelo, rural communities, and DFW, Sabrina returned to Fort Worth and opened Cowtown Midwifery, where she has a particular heart for families searching for VBAC-supportive care.
Dr. Jen Holt — Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist & Labor Doula
Dr. Jen Holt brings together two incredibly valuable perspectives: pelvic-floor physical therapy and birth support.
She is a pelvic-floor physical therapist, certified birth doula, and holistic hormone coach with Holt Pelvic Health & Wellness. Her work supports women through infertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
At The VBAC Expo, you'll get to learn from someone who understands both the mechanics of the body and the realities of supporting women through birth.
Jessica Koiner — International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Jessica Koiner knows firsthand that feeding a baby can be far more complicated than many parents expect.
Her own experiences with infant feeding inspired her to pursue the education, clinical training, and certification required to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
With a background in biology and nutrition from Texas Christian University, Jessica combines evidence-based education with individualized support to help families navigate breastfeeding, pumping, infant feeding, and more.
Heather Martin — International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Heather Martin brings 20 years of clinical and community lactation experience across North Texas to The VBAC Expo.
As an IBCLC, Certified Educator of Infant Massage, mother of seven, and owner of Beyond the Breast, Heather supports families with everything from prenatal breastfeeding preparation and latch concerns to pumping and returning to work.
Her philosophy is simple: families deserve care that is both clinically skilled and deeply human.
Dr. Erin O'Daniel — Chiropractor
Dr. Erin O'Daniel, DC, CACCP, Webster Certified, is the founder of Flower of Life Chiropractic, a neurologically focused family-wellness practice.
She has a particular passion for prenatal care and helping women better understand their bodies during pregnancy and birth. Dr. Erin brings the perspective of nervous-system science and chiropractic care into the VBAC conversation.
Dr. Becky Allen — Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Dr. Becky Allen founded Genesis PT & Wellness after recognizing a gap in women's healthcare and believing women deserved a higher standard of individualized care.
Genesis focuses on specialized pelvic-floor therapy using a whole-person approach rather than simply treating an isolated symptom.
Her work helps women understand what is happening in their bodies and address the underlying factors contributing to pain, dysfunction, pregnancy concerns, postpartum recovery, and pelvic-floor health.
Alison Collins — Children's Book Author & Birth Keeper
Birth isn't experienced only by the person giving birth. It can become part of the story of an entire family.
Alison Collins is a Birth Keeper, birth photographer, author, and award-winning artist who has supported families through a wide variety of birth experiences—including VBAC.
She is also the author of Rosie's Birth Circle, a children's picture book designed to help families prepare and include their children in the experience of birth.
